All 40 of our luxury villas have ocean views (some are oceanfront), private bedroom suites, swimming pools (and often hot tubs), air conditioning, cable TV, grills, beach chairs, coolers and much more. Everything you could possibly need under one roof. Free use of washers and dryers are also in every villa so you can pack light and go home with a suitcase full of clean clothes if desired.
Cost. It’s a common misconception that vacation homes must be unaffordable for the average family. You may be surprised to learn that our collection of villas span a wide range starting with a 2 bedroom, 2 bath complete with a 20’x10’ pool for up to 4 guests for as little as $114 per person per week! Kitchen Access. If you desire to prepare your own meals, you will have access to a gourmet kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and cookware, and a poolside grilling station. Not to mention the convenience of a full-sized refrigerator to stock your favorite snacks, drinks and leftovers. Cooking isn’t your thing? Leave the meals to a professional chef who will come to your villa and prepare a personalized fine dining experience. (Ask us for recommendations.)
Location. Everyone has their favorite area of St. John. Would you rather stay near the heart of Cruz Bay, on the North Shore near our most popular beaches, or further east closer to the quiet side of the island? Prefer to walk out to your own private beach or stay high up in the mountains with daunting views for miles? You’ll likely have a hard time choosing!
