We had 4 couples and the house and experience was amazing. The open air kitchen and large dining tables really made cooking and meals enjoyable. All rooms have their own air-conditioners which made it cool in the evenings.

Our family loved staying at Francis Bay Estate. We would take the easy walk to the beach, snorkel and play on the sand, and walk back and enjoy a refreshing swim/float in the pool.

We had never stayed on this side of St John and I was worried about the location but it was great. Very quiet and serene with beautiful views. And lots of chirping birds! The house was wonderful, perfect layout for us.
